Adult Classes -
Haute Dance -
"Haute is the French for "high" - as
in high-quality and custom-designed. These classes are for all levels, and the program is custom-created by Studio 1406's
Gabrielle Saliba in order to offer a unique approach to movement that combines modern moves and music with strength,
flexibility and confidence-building dance moves.
Ballet is for beginner/intermediate-level
dancers. It is a great workout, and focus is on technique and combinations.
Ballet Barre/Modern
Center is
for all levels. It is the perfect combination of a strength-building ballet workout and a fun and energetic modern dance
experience.
Classes
for Children -
Merry Movement is the basis for future dance instruction. Children move
to the music, play movement games and learn about their bodies and rhythm.
Delightful Dance is
for children who are at least past the age of three and have already experienced a movement class. Beginning ballet basics
are taught.
Beautiful Ballet
is for dancers who have experienced a previous movement and/or dance
class and are ready for a more specific dance education. Focus is on technique and combinations.
Tap
turns dancers into percussive musicians. Focus is placed on technique and counting rhythms while dancing.
Modern Movement combines
more advanced techniques and modern music. Dancers learn a more contemporary style of dance and feel like real performers.
